For the past couple months, one wall in our garage has been without insulation & drywall. Back when we had that bad roof, Matt opened up the wall to air it out and replace the insulation. Now that it is really cold outside, Matt went to hang up new insulation tonight.

About to hang the insulation, he noticed that the plywood felt very weak at the top of the wall. He broke away some of the plywood to find the beams behind it are rotten!

Now we have to find a contractor to replace the beams.
And go back to the insurance company for the additional repairs.

I thought we were almost done with this. :(
